Currently we only ship orders around Klang Valley only, with an extra delivery charge. For future progression, we will look for other delivery means to reach the Selangor states. Wine Shop Malaysia however do not cater for international orders as we are right now at the early business stage. Hopefully as we grow, we have more capital to cater for overseas order. Our supplier will arrange shipping using either their in-house delivery or a third party courier depending on the suitability of their services. You will soon be given a notice by our supplier regarding the day when you’ll be expecting your packages.
The shipping charges, which are charged by third party courier, will be calculated on the weight of the products shipped.
Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing the shipping company’s tracking number(s) which will allow you track your order on the their website. Some items ship separately and you may receive multiple emails with more than one tracking number.
Upon receipt of your orders and payments, we normally ship out your items within 7 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business day. If you would like to order for an event function, we advice customers to place such order items 2 months ahead of their event function to avoid disappointment. Our personal advice is, once you browse through our range of items and like them, make decision fast to order them 2 months ahead. If for some reason you really are in an URGENT situation, please do contact our friendly customer service staff. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, it is impossible to access it to make adjustments. To make a change to a confirmed order, you must contact our Customer Support Team. While we try our best to assist any order change requests, we will only contact you during office hours. We are open Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm, GST. However, once our supplier has started to receive their payments and process your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop the delivery.
Once you have placed and confirmed your order, it is not possible to access it to cancel the order. To cancel a confirmed order, you must contact our Customer Support Team and we will try our best to contact our supplier. However, once our supplier has started to receive their payments and process your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop the delivery. Cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible after placing your order by calling our Customer Support Team during business hours at 10.00am to 5.00pm.
  • Signature PolicyStandard delivery for purchased of RM300.00 and above (Klang Valley only) – Free.However, chargeable at RM30.00 for any purchased below RM300.00At the moment, this option is only available for our Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor) customers. Under this option, your wines will be delivered within 2 -5 working days. You will be informed of your delivery before it is despatched. Don’t worry, we will not show up unannounced!
  • Express Next Day Delivery(West Malaysia only) – RM50 flat regardless of quantityAll orders must have been received before noon (12nn) the day before the delivery date. If you would like to specify a later delivery date, please leave us a note under at checkout process, or you can email to support@wineshopmalaysia.com.

You need to be 18 years old and above to purchase wine from wineshopmalaysia.com. All deliveries will require an adult to sign for the wine. In the event the package is delivered back to us because nobody was there to sign for it, we would not be able to refund any delivery charge and we will have to charge you again for a second delivery.

In an effort to ensure you don’t get any bad wines, we check all our wines for seepages prior to delivery. If there are any problems with your order, we want to know about it! Do not open wines which have suffered from seepage. And please note that we need to be notified of any problems with the delivery within three (3) days of the delivery date. If we sent you the wrong wine or the right wine of the wrong vintage, please notify us immediately by e-mailing support@wineshopmalaysia.com so we can resolve the issue immediately.
Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver outside of West Malaysia at the moment. If you strongly feel that we should, leave us your comments at the chat room and we shall get back to you.
Ownership of all goods passes from wineshopmalaysia.com to the purchaser and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the delivery from wineshopmalaysia.com outlets to his or her desired delivery address. By arranging for transportation of the delivery, wineshopmalaysia.com is providing a service to and acting on behalf of the purchaser.
